The last post of the four part series covering a year in the patch. Summer in our garden is always a scorcher, living up here (down here depending where you are), in sub-tropical climates we see hot and humid conditions pushing the high thirties. We’re always working hard throughout this season to be more efficient with our watering, mulching all of our beds helps out greatly here and helps with water retention. We also harvested our first bunch of homegrown bananas, a local lady finger variety which Zoé can’t get enough of!
